Cost:
The cost to the sponsoring union is $100 per participant. Payment is due at the time of application for the training and covers materials and meals for the weekend. If billed after the training, the cost will be $125 per participant.

Participant fee should be made payable and mailed to:

If fee is not received prior to the training, it can be handed in at the training at no extra cost.

Cancellation policy:
Fax written notice at least 72 hours prior to the training or fee is forfeited.
