Time to Take Back the Country

Lindsay Patterson has worked for 15 years as an operator at Allied Tube and Conduit in Philadelphia. He also is serving his second term as president of his local union USW International Union Local 404.

Lindsay is fed up with businesses squeezing workers and with politicians that let it happen. “How can a CEO make what he does and cry poor when a man asks for $7 an hour?” asks Lindsay. “That’s stealing. Corporate greed is a criminal act.”

“Unions built this country, so it’s time for the unions to take it back,” says Lindsay. “Republicans have already showed what they’re about and what they work for. This election, we need to take back the House and the Senate.”
